禹忠,博士,教授,太阳成集团通信工程专业硕士生导师,主要从事新一代移动通信关键技术、工业互联网新技术研究工作。曾任中兴通讯标准总监,ITU-T SG5报告人。现任中国通信学会专委,中国无线电协会理事,中国通信标准化协会员,获西安市首届“西安之星”称号。
主要学术领域与成果:近年来,主持参与完成国家级科研项目七项,主要包括国家重大专项项目、国家自然科学基金项目和陕西省重点产业链项目等。在“移动互联网接入关键技术研究及产业化”、“车联网接入系统关键技术研究与产业化”等项目上做出了一定贡献,推动了3G、4G和5G移动通信网络发展,研究成果得到了转化和应用,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益,研究成果获中国电子学会、中国通信学会、中国通信标准化协会、中国无线电协会、陕西省等省部级科技一、二等奖17项。目前已发表论文三十余篇,其中SCI、EI检索十二篇。授权国际国内发明专利49件,获中国专利金奖、优秀奖。长期参与ITU、3GPP、IEEE以及CCSA等国际国内标准制定工作,其中主持和起草了“移动台空间射频辐射功率和接收机性能测量方法”、“终端MIMO天线性能要求和测量方法”等系列国际标准和国内行业标准获得中国通信标准化协会一、二等奖,为我国自主知识产权的移动通信产品进入国际市场打下坚实基础。
教学经历与成果:指导员工多次获得老员工创新创业、互联网+等省级以上竞赛奖励。主讲双语课“宽带无线通信”和“计算机网络”,教学成果连年被评为优,课程受到员工青睐。已培养研究生32名,进入西交大、西电等知名院校继续攻读博士学位,或在华为、中兴、科大飞讯等企业工作。
2017年进入太阳成集团从事通信工程专业科研与教学工作。
2005年中兴通讯股份有限公司标准总监,长期主持参与移动通信新技术预研和国际国内标准制定工作。
2010年西安交通大学仪器科学与技术专业博士后(师从蒋庄德院士)。
